One-on-one coaching consultations

High-ticket offer development

Sales and client acquisition training

Personal brand and story development

Online business coaching and mentorship

Our services are specifically designed for individuals who have overcome real adversity and are ready to turn their life experience into a premium coaching offer and build a business that provides income, impact, and freedom.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Consultation Appointments

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability

We reserve the right to confirm or decline appointment requests

Consultation slots are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without proper notice, you may: Forfeit your consultation fee Lose the ability to reschedule Be restricted from booking future appointments

Proper notice requires at least 24 hours advance notification

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Rescheduling is subject to availability

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice

In case of our cancellation, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling

6. Payment Terms

Building a coaching business requires significant time, effort, and dedication

You are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ActiveBlue Group LLC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission

Client Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us

By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for purposes of providing our services

9. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of information shared during consultations

We may use anonymized data for business improvement purposes

You agree not to disclose proprietary methods or strategies shared during consultations

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal purpose

Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Impersonate any person or entity

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ActiveBlue Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

We are not liable for business losses, lost income, missed opportunities, or financial damages resulting from your use of our services or implementation of strategies discussed

You acknowledge that building a coaching business involves inherent risks and uncertainties

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ActiveBlue Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of our services

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any rights of another party

Your business activities and decisions

Claims made by your clients or customers

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
